I have been advised to take 1 injection daily of tinzaparin from 28 weeks till 6weeks PP. I have had 3 successful pregnancies with normal labour and delivery, I have a bmi over 30 and am 36 so been advised I need to take these to help with any risks of blood clots, has anyone else had these and had any side effects? What was the blood loss like after you had your baby? I am really worried about taking them, I have had 11 losses and so far everything is going perfectly, I don’t like to take medication unless I need to and even more so during pregnancy. I am worried about the blood loss during labour and any side effects these injections could cause
