Possible twin pregnancy?

Hi, I got my BFP last week on day 7dpo and it said 1-2 weeks on Clearblue. Today I am 15dpo, the day when I was to have my period and it says 3+ on clearblue. I am only 4+1 weeks pregnant and the dates are spot on. I have had feeling all week that it may be twins as I feel pinching on 2 sides of my uterus, like there is something on both sides. I know only ultrasound can confirm this, but I wonder what clearblue results other mums had when pregnant with twins. Thank you

I didn't use clearblue but when I did mine the line appeared whilst I was peeing and was only just past my period being due (so about 4 weeks).

@Mamicka2222 have you tried asking in the Multiples Section? You should get some Mums of Twins answering in there
