Currently 36 weeks pregnant with second baby and she has been complete breech since early scans. DD1 was breech until she turned herself at 37 weeks.
A bit of back story… been having weekly scans since 32 weeks for growth, shes now grown and doctors aren’t too concerned about that. At my 32 week scan it was picked up that amoniotic fluid level was ‘significantly low’. Since then it has increased slightly towards the normal range but still considered low.
I am booked for a c-section at 38+3 if baby hasn’t turned, if baby turns I’ll probably be induced. My consultant thinks an ECV is unlikely to work due to the low fluid level and have declined anyway. If DD1 hadn’t turned herself I would have had a section.
I am staying active and trying some of the spinning babies exercises.
I guess I’m looking for any similar experiences where baby has turned with low amniotic fluid, I can’t seem to find many stories!
