Are these early symptoms

Hey, just wondering what my chances are of being pregnant or if anyone else had these “symptoms”. Ideally I want to wait another week before testing but I can’t get it out of my head.
so my last period was 24th-28th September, on October 7th I had sex and took a plan b which I assume did push my ovulation back as I was around my fertile window. After that I had sex again on 29th October and 6th November, this time I didn’t take a pill (by decision that was thought out). I did take a test on the 28th October which was negative - but had unprotected sex since as mentioned.
my “symptoms” are sore breasts - they are even hurtful when touched and bruised easily, very nauseous especially for the past week or so with some smells making it worse than before. I feel as if I am noticing smells more as usually I have a rubbish sense of smell. I also have had pains in my abdomen and pelvic area for around a week, normally I would get this the day before my period. I am also using the toilet a lot more (for both purposes), and have noticed more discharge than normal last week.
my next period would be due the 24th this month which is when I am waiting to do a test but I am over analysing the symptoms that I have.

Hi OP, they could be! It's hard to tell as early symptoms often mimic normal monthly symptoms you get when your period is due.
The only symptom I had before missing a period was sore boobs. Sickness/nausea didn't come till a few weeks later.

I know people get tempted to test early but I've always found it better to wait to miss a period so you're doing the right thing. Good luck

Thanks :) kinda hard to know when my missed period would be as I missed my October one (which I’m putting down to the pill) so just basing my November one from previous cycles and doing a 3 week wait from sex, although I have heard tests are accurate after 2 weeks

Yes, they can be accurate after 2 weeks but the lines can be so faint because the hcg level is still low - just look on the conception board and you'll see hundreds of 'is it, isn't it' threads and tales of evaps and false positives..... it's stressful and just a waste of money as you then have to keep talking more tests. I tested after missing a period both times and got an unmistakable strong dye stealer both times.
Plus you can have a chemical pregnancy fairly early on (quite common) which I'd rather not know about but that's just me.
