Has anyone had this? Slightly light red bleeding with slight back pain

I’m 7 weeks 4 days and since last night have been having bleeding. It’s every time I wipe but it’s like a reddish pink colour with some back ache. It is only when I wipe and it’s never very much. Doesn’t require a pad or anything yet.. I have a epu scan appointment tomorrow so hoping it dies down. The photo I have attached is when it’s at its darkest and usually lightens to barely anything.

It can be late implantation bleeding or just sensitivity of your cervix, particularly if you have recently had sex. I had this in the early stages of both pregnancies and both times healthcare professionals just said its normal and the area can be sensitive in the first stage of pregnancy

I had this at around the same time. Not enough for a sanitary towel, but only when wiping with lower back pains and other pregnancy symptoms. Went to EPU and they found me to have a subchoronic hematoma.

All the best @SugarandSpiceLatte I know how scary this can be. Let us know how you get on. Btw I had it for 4 days before I took myself off to EPU and it carried on for approx another 5 or so days. I was told to go on bed rest. I don't think that's normal to go on bed rest from SCH, however, I have a bit of a history with fertility and my clinic was taking no chances

Update- had internal scan this morning which was inconclusive. I apparently had a pregnancy that is dating at 6+1 instead of 7+5 weeks. She said there was two or three sacks but couldn’t see if there was pockets of blood or anything to explain the bleeding as the scan wasn’t very clear.

That's quite frustrating not to have a conclusive result. When do you need to go back again

Next Thursday but I am having some cramps down below and still a lot of blood when I wipe so I’m convinced I’ve miscarried or about to sadly
