Spotting 5/6weeks pregnant

5-6 wks pregnant and spotting when I wipe after doing a pee. The paper is very light pink with little spots of blood. Is this normal?
I was scanned at 4-5 weeks as I thought I was further along and they located the gestational sac and yolk sac. But now I'm spotting - is this implantation or the start of miscarriage?

It honestly is so hard to tell. I would just keep an eye on the bleeding. If it gets any heavier you could contact your gp. I've had bleeding in all five pregnancies. Two of them were fine and the other three were miscarriages. I feel for you OP.

Hi I hope you’re ok! Mine turned into very heavy bleeding and I unfortunately miscarried😢. Sometimes bleeding can be very normal and there’s literally nothing you can do apart from wait over the next few days and see if it gets lighter or heavier. Fingers crossed for you🩷
