7+3 early scan. Measuring small with slow heartbeat

Hi all.
i have been googles best friend since Friday. I went for a scan on 25th October to confirm wether baby was growing in the right place as had previous one grow in my ovary (only one ovary left) see that it was in the right place and was told to come back 3 weeks later. Fast forward to Friday I went for a scan and first the lady said it’s not progressing as we would of liked since last scan which I find weird as the last scan was just a dot and this one you see the ‘diamond ring’ and a flicker of heartbeat, she said it was slow and to not get hopes up as I would probably miscarry. She Said we was measuring 5-6 weeks not 7 as pre LMP dates. I came away quite upset and booked a private scan but that only do belly scan she couldn’t see much either and said to wait but it could be dates are slightly out and not to write it off. I’ve not had any pain or bleeding and I’m confused. I also done a clear blue test on the 23rd of October which said 2-3 weeks. The private scan lady said to do another one to make sure it’s rising snd it did say 3+
has any one else had this and they go for a scan and everything’s okay?
can I do anything else to stop the anxiety
pictures added 4 weeks left 7 weeks right as per dates
many thanks :)

The scans have got your full name on so you might want to report to get those removed. How slow was the heart? If the growth is too slow and heart is slow it really doesn't sound positive at all OP, I'm really sorry.

she didn’t tell me how slow, first of all she said she couldn’t see anything at all and then she said if I move that way I can see a heartbeat. And said I had 2 ovary’s when I only have one, I have reported it thank you can I not remove it myself?

Were you physically tracking ovulation OP? LMP is just a guide but not always accurate (I'm 21 weeks and 10 days behind what LMP would put me at).

And when you say slow HB, do you mean slow for 7+ weeks but fine for your measurements of 6 weeks or slow full stop?

No I wasn’t tracking. I think that’s what she meant slow for 7+weeks, she didn’t say just come back in 10 days for a scan as I will probably miscarry. I should have asked questions but I come out a bit of a daze. The private scan said you could be early hence why we don’t see anything abdominally. I have seen stories that says people catch up. The baby measured at 3.3mm
