BACK PAIN

currently just 6 weeks pregnant have really bad back pain (better when I’m moving around) for a few days and a really heavy feeling in my stomach with a few twinges here and there- anyone experienced similar?! Thanks !

I definitely had the full heavy ache in my stomach for a good few weeks in early pregnancy, maybe some period type back pains but nothing severe. I did have awful implantation pain at 6 weeks though! (But didn’t last very long)
