Sore nipples first trimester

Is there anyway to relieve sore nipples during the first trimester? This is my second baby but I do not remember them being this tender last time!

Depends what's causing it but I was told before it can be worse with cold so keeping warm, someone suggested to have one of those small heat packs with you to hold to your chest when you need it. Can also be friction sensitivity so some lanolin cream to lesson the friction and breast pads in your bra. Hope either of these might help!

100% cotton bras its the cold it makes it cut like knives ,thinking about getting nipple cream i hear that helps

I've been pretty much braless this whole pregnancy.....21 weeks and they're still extremely tender.
Don't remember them being this sensitive in my first pregnancy
