Finally ready after a traumatic pregnancy loss to try again for baby number 2! A bit baffled by this one today. My app says period is due today, a little nausea and a mildly hungover feeling - and what looks like a very faint line on a clear blue. Thoughts?

Sorry to hear about your loss, I can imagine it’s been a difficult time for you. May I ask when it was as I was just wondering if the test could be picking up on remaining HCG hormone traces in you blood? I can certainly see a faint line but noticed the test you are using would’ve probably picked up more HCG if it’s your period due date. I had my first positive result this week, first time and a surprise, to some degree. Turned to this forum for some advice on my results as I was wondering if it could’ve been a false positive but the test I took two days later appeared with a bright + in seconds!

@Elam12 My loss was back in June.
Congratulations on your positive test lovely, wonderful news!
I hope to test in 24-48hrs and have the same 🤞🏻 I suspect I ovulated late this cycle based on my symptoms (I don't use ovulation strips).

@Scarlett1509 Thank you, I’m feeling a mix bag of emotions at the momentas it was unexpected and I suppose it’s caught us off guard. I think it just needs to sink in now. That sounds unlikely to be remaining HCG then and hopefully the next test will confirm it. Everything crossed for you! 🤞
