What’s this on my scan?

I went for a private scan on Monday.
The lady said she couldn’t find a YS or FP.. but looking back on the images what is this circled in my scan?
my gestational sac is measuring 20.7MM (6w4d)

Maybe just the thickening of the uterus wall lining or the start of the YS? Impossible to say from that pic.
Are you going for a follow up scan in a couple of weeks?

yes I have a follow up scan on 22nd which is now 8 days time. I’m extremely anxious about going.
I do have a pre booked private scan on 18th but don’t know if I’m actually going to go now as I’m worried I’ll discover something I don’t want to hear. But also don’t know if 8 days since previous scan is enough time to allow change or development so don’t want to walk away dissapointed.

I am also wondering what is this white circle on my scan near spine?
