Hi just wondering if any of you have had this issue with gbs testing basically I have posted on 24hr tracked the doctors labratory prepaid so went straight in post box. My concern is that it didn't get there next day it got there the morning after so therefore my sample has been in the postal service for 48 hrs since taking it. I worry now my result may not be ok. They say that it can be fine the sample for culturing 3-4 days from collecting but I'm not so sure has anyone had this happen and there resukts were correct?
