Had a scan at 26 weeks, my baby’s head is measuring 1 weeks and few days older, is this normal?

Yep sounds pretty normal. If the sonographer was worried you'd have been referred to feral medicine.

It's my babies arms that are measuring ahead of the rest of her - all I can picture is giving birth to a primate!

Seriously though, the different measurements will all increase at various rates and start to level out towards the end..... plus some babies just have bigger or smaller heads, longer or shorter legs and bodies etc.

The general rule of thumb is if the sonographer isn't concerned then nor should you be.
