Acne- anyone else?

Usually have very clear skin but since becoming pregnant, I have dark red acne spots on my face. Has anyone else had this?

Yup - me too. ☹️ I still have a patch from my MMC in July and it's just flared up again in the same place 🤷🏻‍♀️ I don't mind so much, but if it bothers you I'd see the GP to see if they can give you something to clear it. 😊
