I'm about 6w+5 and recently the nausea and tiredness were really increasing, but the last 2 days both have disappeared. I still have incredibly sore boobs. But I'm so scared somethings wrong.

It is completely normal for your symptoms to come and go OP, mine did in my first trimester, although when they came back I almost missed not waking up with severe nausea😂However if you really feel something is wrong get checked out :)

don’t worry OP (I know it’s easier said than done!!) symptoms come and go believe me when I tell you when/if they come back there twice as bad so take this break when you have it !! Symptoms don’t indicated a viable pregnancy 🤰 you could have no symptoms all the way through and have a healthy pregnancy 🩷 try not to worry but I agree with previous poster that if you feel there is something wrong I would suggest giving your gp a call or your local early pregnancy unit they are there for that reason believe me I’ve rang more than a couple of times !! Its better to ring to put your mind at ease than to sit and wonder if everything is ok 🩷

Hi OP, as others have said this is completely normal. You will find they come and go throughout the first trimester and beyond.

Symptoms or lack of them also have no bearing at all on the viability of a pregnancy. Some women just suffer more than others for some reason.

Thank you everyone, I have an early scan booked for tomorrow anyway, I'm just a bit nervous i think!

Scanxiety - also normal but one of the worst bits of pregnancy. I'm always a nervous wreck before a scan.
Hopefully all is good and baby is cooking nicely in there, good luck

I have been exactly the same - have been in tears with my sore boobs for weeks now and from Sunday to Tuesday they felt normal - so I of course cried about that! then last night - BAM - they were on fire and I was crying again! Basically I have learned that whatevers going on I'm probably gunna weep about it 😂

I have had full term pregnancies and multiple losses.

Full term waxed and wained, losses just went away, not return, accompanied with other worrying symptoms very quickly.

I think it’s normal, your pregnancy hormones only increase every few days so your body can get used to them before they double again. I would have days when I was wishing to feel sick again followed by days I wished it would end!

The wanting to feel sick in the early weeks, and then 6 months of driving the porcelain bus, losing 2 stone and not being able to eat anything but mouse nibbles.

Thats what I'm worried about, it just seemed like things were ramping up and now it's gone, I was expecting it to come back today but it hasn't

Honestly OP, while this will be some women's experience that symptoms will cease and it will be a sign of MC. for others it is not like this at all. Please read all the replies.
Symptoms honestly will not tell you anything about your pregnancy and worrying about something you can't control anyway will do nothing to help.

It is very common for symptoms to come and go in the first trimester. Mine would sometimes disappear for a week at a time and I wouldn't even feel pregnant then they'd be back, worse than ever.
Some women get no symptoms at all and have perfectly healthy pregnancies others have every symptom in the book only to find out at a scan that they've had a totally unexpected missed miscarriage (the very meaning of that is that there are no warning signs, the body still thinks it is pregnant and continues showing symptoms).

My mum had 4 healthy pregnancies and not a day of sickness or nausea with any of us. Her 5th pregnancy she had severe morning sickness and other symptoms that never lrt up from very early on - that one ended in miscarriage unfortunately.

Try not to compare as every woman is different and every pregnancy is different
