Baby has gone from 38th centile to 47th. Is this good ? What's normal ?

Yes. Theirs is no normal, but baby is getting closer to average.

Completely normal. Scans are never going to be completely accurate so it's very normal for baby to fluctuate between centiles. In all of my scans throughout pregnancy, my baby measured anywhere between 80th-95th centile but he came out closer to the 75th centile at 38+5!
