5 weeks brown discharge worried

Currently pregnant with my second still breastfeeding my first. Took a clear blue last Wednesday it said pregnant 1-2 weeks. Woke up to brown spotting this morning when wiping. Have had headaches all week on and off which I didn’t have last time. Also didn’t get spotting last time.

Took another clear blue this morning and it’s still saying 1-2 weeks (6 days after my last one). I would have thought my test today would be showing 2-3 weeks by now.

Not feeling super hopeful right now :( and a bit scared

I'm sorry for your worry but brown discharge can be quote normal becasue this could be implantation delayed bleeding. But if you're really worried then go see the early pregnancy unit and they can try and give you some reassurance.

I'm not a medical professional but the rule of thumb generally is that brown blood/discharge is 'old' and not something to worry about if you have no other symptoms whereas bright red blood is fresh and could be a sign of something more sinister so get checked out asap

Thanks I have been crampy today. I guess I am just concerned it might be the start of a loss. Will see how things go over next day or two.
