Hey everyone!

First time posting 🥹
I just wanted to reach out and see if anyone is expecting their baby after LLETZ surgery?
This will be my second child but I have had two LLETZ treatments for CIN 3 & 2 in the last few years. I am a little nervous about this pregnancy in case of complications 😫
Anyone else in the same boat?

I had this in April last year and baby number 2 now 5 weeks old and no complications! I only had one treatment and at one of my early midwife appointments, they referred me to a specialist or a consultant to check my cervix and see how thin it was so they were able to weigh up risk. Hope this helps! Just make sure your midwife knows too ❤️

@rasull
Thank you so much for the reply! That makes me feel a bit better! I had my son after my first surgery and had no complications....but I've had one more surgery since then and now I'm full of anxiety 😫 as soon as I hear from the midwife I will let them know! ☺️

hi honey currently 39 weeks pregnant after LLETZ. I let the midwife know at my booking appointment and was quickly booked into the pre term birth clinic, had cervix length scans at 12 and 20 weeks, all fine and was discharged at the 20 week scan :)
hope all goes well!

Hi OP, how are you doing?

I just wanted to jump on here as I am due in September and had LLETZ treatment for CIN3 back in 2022.

Hope all is going well with you x
