I had a MMC previously and so I’m highly anxious. I have an almost constant right sided twinge, it’s like cramping/pulling . I had a scan a few days ago and everything looked ok. Did anyone experience this in early pregnancy?

If you've already had a scan, I wouldn't worry about this.
Cramping like this in early pregnancy is really common.
I had it with all of mine.

I understand your worry though as I had a lot of miscarriages myself.

I hope everything goes well for you this time.

I had all sorts of pains, tugging, pulling during my pregnancy and it freaked me out too due to previous MCs. However if it’s constant, it’s highly unlikely to be the beginning of bad news - if you get cramping that develops, you soon get bleeding as well and that’s worrying, but what you’re feeling is the uterus stretching. It’s a good sign, hormones are working 😊 I know it’s still nerve wrecking though, best of luck
