Last night when I went to the toilet I noticed blood when I wiped. Like the very first day of your period blood. This morning it was barely nothing at all, just a little brown. Also has two really sore heads yesterday, knew they were coming on as before it my vision started to go a little blurry like it does before a migraine.
So worried!
