Progynova symptoms are bad

Hi all

I am prepping for my first FET and the symptoms on progyvova are BAD. I've been taken 1 tablet x times a day.

First day I had a bad headache, second day upset tummy and thought I might be sick (but it passed in an hour.)

Today I have woken up with another bad stomach and real urge to vomit. I have been trying not to so the medication can kick in.

The nurse said these symptoms are quite extreme and that I should try taking food with each tablet. I admit I have lost my appetite so may have taken a few on an empty stomach.

I'm worried the symptoms will get worse and I won't be able to work / continue with the FET and will have to start over with new medication.

From what I've read, most people just seem to experience the tiredness. But I'm wondering if there's anyone who has had symptoms like this and if there is light at the end of the tunnel?!!

I would say my symptoms got better as my body adjusted to the medication, but it was awful at first. I am on 3 tablets a day and it started bad and then got better, until the pregnancy hormones kicked it and got worse again 😅

Drinking loads of water helped my symptoms - especially once I started on the progesterone which made me really thirsty.

I had severe headaches to the point I thought my head was going to explode, it was awful but it did settle after a few days. Hope things get better for you too.
