Hi,

I found out the results of my blood tests today. I haven’t had a period for 11 months since coming off the pill (was on this for 10+ years) so I went to the doctors who did some tests, today she has asked me to book a routine appointment with her to discuss the results. You can see the results on the app and my FSH is 97.6 U/L, which of course I have googled and this indicates perimenopause.. as mentioned I am only 29. My husband and I were planning on a baby next year so I am absolutely heartbroken and so worried this is the case & that is what the GP is going to tell me on Monday when I see her for the results.

Any input or reassurance would be appreciated. Does this mean we won’t be able to have children? 😢
