Hi all,
Abit about me- 37, 1 natural MMC at 7 weeks, 1 natural chemical pregnancy.

Two rounds of IVF- first round chemical pregnancy.
Second round- currently six weeks pregnant.

I am ridiculously anxious as I had zero symptoms and the minor ones I had have all but disappeared. I have an early scan this Thursday but I wanted to see is anyone else currently in this position? Anyone else had no symptoms and gone onto to have a healthy pregnancy? Xx

I didn't have any "symptoms" with any of my pregnancies and had three healthy babies. It took me four months to twig I was pregnant with DC3 (periods hadn't returned after giving birth to DC2) as there weren't any signs.

Best of luck with your pregnancy and birth.

@Hatchyhatch Congratulations!

I haven't gone through IVF, but I am 32 weeks pregnant and also had next to no symptoms throughout my whole pregnancy. I've had many scans (NHS and private) and the baby looks perfectly healthy so I think we are just some of the lucky ones in that sense.

I had a small bit of nausea from about 7/8 weeks for maybe 6 weeks, tiredness, and a bit more emotional at the start but on the whole, very low-level symptoms! Also, it might still come, my sister had hyperemesis with both her pregnancies and they didn't kick in until about 8 weeks - fingers crossed you don't experience anything like that though!

Best of luck and I hope you can enjoy your pregnancy once you've had your scan :) x

I was 37 when I had my first and had no symptoms until 7+ weeks. She's now a feisty 4 year old.

My mum had 4 kids on her 20's and never had any real symptoms with any of us (as she loves to keep telling me as I've got my head down the loo throwing up again).

I totally understand your anxiety but symptoms, or lack of them, or when they start, and if they come and go etc.... has no bearing on whether it's a viable, healthy pregnancy or not.

My mum had no symptoms till 7 months and barely showed. I turned out fine! A colleague of mine had no symptoms till 8 months when she also suddenly popped. It's not unusual to not have symptoms at 6 weeks - enjoy it while it lasts!
