Vasovagal birth

I suffer from vasovagal episodes, usually from low blood sugar but it can be due to intense stress or medications etc and I am just wondering if anyone has had similar and how their birth experience was?

I know it can vary a lot but I tend to get a hot feeling and cold sweats suddenly before I pass out and I am sick during unconsciousness and when I come round. There is never much warning and it can happen multiple times within a short space of time. I know there is nothing I can really do to stop it and often have to get others to help me cool down or move my body or head during my unconscious sickness. I heard that it can get worse during pregnancy but oddly enough I haven't experienced that or any sickness. It does make me wonder how labour will go however.

If anyone can share any experiences I'd be very appreciative!

Oh and antisickness meds don't stop any of it and can also trigger it for me.
