Size of cot

Does the size of the cot really matter?
I keep seeing mini/small/space saving cots. Not sure which one to go with. The regular size cots look too big compared to the mini ones. Anyone had any good experiences or pros/cons of either size? There doesn't seem much in it.

If you and/or your husband is tall then you will have long children. Children are half their adult height by the time they’re 2.

I would recommend a cot that turns into a cot bed. My DS is currently in his at almost 3 and it’s perfect, lots of space left and he’s tall for his age. I found some cots looked very small in comparison to his.
