Sainsbury's test

I've brought a pregnancy test from Sainsbury's today and when I got home I done it to see as my period is late by 3 days there was a line automatically
Not sure what to think as I've had lots of false negative tests! Maybe you ladies could help!

I've hadn't had any spotting or anything I've had bad on and off cramps for 2 days
Im not sure what to think as some tests before have came back false positives especially the ones from Morrisons
I peed on the stick and straight away there was a line 🤷🏼‍♀️

I've had 3 of these test positive the lines appeared straight away but then since then all negative and with other brands negative

I done a test today and this is what came up🤷🏼‍♀️once again not letting my hopes up I had my period 13-16 November but on one day I had lots of clots coming down the toilet when I was at work:( I've been feeling very off Recently bad headache feeling lightheaded and dizzy
