Sore thigh after diamorphine 4 weeks later

I’m 4 weeks post partum and I had the diamorphine injection while in labour. My thigh still hurts to touch as it feels bruised, has anyone else experienced this lasting this long?

I had an anti sickness injection in my thigh after my c section and around 4 weeks post partum I ended up going to an and e because I thought it may have been a blood clot! Must have just been soreness from the injection site
