Faint line on pregnancy test

Hey, never posted on here before!
I have taken 2 pregnancy tests recently and stupidly checked them after a few hours and they have a very faint blue line. I wouldn’t usually stress about this as I know you shouldn’t check after a few minutes but I have had some symptoms recently like nausea, constipation and when I squeeze my nipples what looks like colostrum comes out.
I would keep testing but it is way too soon to testing anyway, if my period tracker is correct I should just be finishing ovulation.
I have 2 kids already so I know how it feels to be pregnant, but I also know once you start overthinking you can imagine symptoms, apart from constipation and nipples leaking I suppose 😅.
looking for some advice/support or if anyone has gone through something similar. I’m going mad waiting to take another test as I would be quite happy if I was pregnant.

If it was after the time window you'd have to retest I'm afraid, good luck!

If you’ve just finished ovulation that would be literally impossible because you can’t be pregnant yet. Also as you’ve said you know yourself there’s no point looking at a test hours later. Wishful thinking but way too soon to even be pregnant yet let alone get symptoms when you can’t have implanted
