CMV - first trimester help

My toddler came home from nursery with a sore throat, high temp, vomiting and generally unwell. I have picked up cold sores (my daughter didn't have any sores) and a sore throat. I started to have symptoms at about 11+4 weeks pregnant and am out of my mind with worry regarding CMV. I hadn't realised what a risk is posed until I looked up my daughter's symptoms. I do not have antibodies as I was tested for CMV in my first pregnancy so this would be a primary infection. I managed to persuade the GP to do a blood test. I suppose I am wondering, what else it could be.
