Looking for other’s experiences!

im 22 weeks and shortly after I hit 20 weeks I started having fresh red bleeding, had to stay in hospital until it stopped. They said the cause was likely my low lying placenta.

ive had varying amounts of brown blood/discharge since coming home and I’m told this is okay but I see scary things on Google like the placenta is failing or infections..

I’ve tried raising my concerns I’m just told this is fine 🥲

is it really normal to be getting brown still?

anyone else experience/d this?
thanks!

Brown blood/discharge is generally old blood leaving your system. Abit like the tail end of your period.
I'd be reassured if they're telling you all is okay especially after admitting you previously. Of course if you get any fresh blood call them straight away. But just try and rest xxx
