TMI constipation

Hi I'm 32 weeks pregnant, I've suffered with constipation on and off through out so far.
Anyway today has been quite bad, I've just spent a good while on the toilet and managed to go but now my vagina feels all swollen, I've had a little peek in the mirror and it looks quite swollen.
I'm scared I may have done some damage, it's not painful or anything just feels really swollen.
Anyone else had this and it go back down? 🙈

It’s really normal for everything to get a bit swollen down there the further along you get 😅 keep up with your pelvic floor exercises. Also try to get on top of the constipation with diet or even laxatives, honestly the last thing you want is piles from straining on the loo!!
