Am 37 weeks.
Have had them on and off. Nothing major. No constipation.

Now for the past 2 weeks I've had this peas sized prolapsed pile which is hard and very very sore. It's keeping me awake at night. Can't sit for too long. Can't do kegel exercises because of the pain. Starting to freak out about how to relax the area for delivery.

I have been using prep H with very little improvement.

Is anusol better. OK in pregnancy?

Anyone used Daflon tablets during pregnancy?

I'm seing Dr on Monday, but desperate for anything to make things better NOW.

All advice welcome but tbh I think I'm past the sitz bath stage.

Got them pretty bad but only after birth. Used both suppositories and cream and yes, after trial and error did find anusol effective but don't know about use in pregnancy. Good luck!
