feeling depressed???

Hi everyone im 11 weeks pg and im feeling so unhappy, things arent going well with my partner and hes not understanding how im feeling, im so confused and alone i cant stop crying,,, is this normal?? x

Really feel for you. Emotions are all over the place during pregnancy, especially if you feel unsupported. Have you got a close friend or family member to talk to? Also keep the lines of communciation as open as possible with your partner- it's a huge thing for both you and him. I'm sure my advice is not great cos I don't know the background to your situation but just wanted to send you a friendly word...

i'm 11 weeks and really tearful. i dont have problems with my DH but i do get very very upset as i think he doesnt understand. On the Nov antenatal thread we have all had a little wobble. Second what dobbins says about communication. its very overwhelming at this stage, tiredness, sickness and hormonal changes make it feel like there is no rest and then mentally you get drained.
I cant say whether its normal for you as im not sure whats related to your pregnancy or to your DP but its very normal to cry and feel down. x

my hormones settled down at 12-14 weeks, so hopefully you'll start to feel better soon. [big hugs]

Yes, it's normal, I've been depressed many times throughout this preg even tho my issues are different...but preg is hard and scary and we need support especially at this time, when small things can seen bigger than they are. Don't know what advice to give about OH issues, but the depression/up and down is normal and will pass! (even if it obs up again here and then ) xxx

I think my partner is getting annoyed because im no fun anymore, he hates it when i cry he hates it when im angry he just blanks me out until im happy again
