Bleeding for the past four days at 12DPT

I’m roughly 4 weeks pregnant after an IVF fresh transfer with my only embryo. My home pregnancy tests have been getting darker (and are very positive) but I've been having light brown and red, watery spotting for the past 5 days. It started brown but turned a bit redder last night, which has me really anxious. My clinic won't discuss anything until my official test day tomorrow, and I’m worried that 5 days is too long for implantation bleeding since most sources say it typically lasts 1-3 days. Has anyone experienced this before? I’ve had a chemical before so I’m looking for some reassurance really. This mornings test pic below for reference.

Hey! I’m 5+5 today, and has spotting pink/ light brown for 6 days last week! Also panicked and thought same as you that it wasn’t the normal length of time. I haven’t been checked or scanned yet so i can’t tell you the outcome, but it did completely stop on the 7th day and i have started to get some pregnancy symptoms now! So try not to panic. My best friend also had implantion for 10 days straight, so i think the 1-3 should be taken with a pinch of salt. Hopefully you can get checked soon and have your mind at ease!xx

@DumbFinch I know it’s awful, i am waiting till atleast another week till i go for an early scan, but the wait is awful and i was convinced the spotting meant a miscarriage on its way, but so far i haven’t had any ‘bleeding’ so fingers crossed! Thank you so much and the same to you!!xx
