Hello all, following a miscarriage this August. I am feel ready to start trying for a baby in the coming months. And wondered if anyone else was and wanted to join me for some moral support on this thread?
Also are there any top tips, foods to eat/ avoid etc. that anyone can share?

Thanks in advance 😊

I'd love to join, just had a miscarriage this month and am in the process of recovering. It was our first pregnancy so we've spoke about it and would love to try again soon! Period hasn't come back yet but we want to give it one cycle in between anyway, so our hopes are December or January depending on timing! We were heartbroken when we miscarried but we know this is just a part of our journey and not the end of our story!

I’d love to join in. We’re hoping to start trying in December/Jan depending on my husband’s work pattern (works away).

We’re mid 30s and it will be our first.

I’ve been off of the pill for around 3years, using alternative contraceptives. My cycle is 28-30 days so all seems “normal”. I track using the Clue app.

I tested my ovulation just to see if the Clue app was correct and it’s not - my peak is a few days after. So I’ll track via testing rather than via app.
I am a bit of a nerd, that’s why I check/track and keep notes…let’s see if my theory is enough to pass the test.
