Hi, I am due for my period today but it has not arrived. I have been experiencing extremely sore/large/heavy breasts the colour around my nipples are bigger than normal. Last night I was experiencing mild back cramping. About 10 minutes ago I had sharp pain in my left pelvic area that lasted about 10 seconds and has now disappeared. Mild cramping at front and back.
Could this be an early sign of pregnancy??
