In desperate need for ideas on how to help morning sickness and mostly nausea.

I have tried lemon, ginger, small light snacks, I have tried anti sickness cyclizine from the doctors, nothing seems to be helping!

Any other ideas??

TIA x

No ideas unfortunately, just here to let you know you're not alone!
I've suffered from terrible sickness and nausea this pregnancy but happy to report it has finally got better now I'm 17 weeks.
I just found that very little bites regularly settled better than big meals but I never found anything that stopped it from happening.
I went on the scales last week and I have lost half a stone from my booking in appointment which has to be due to all the sickness

B6, B12 and icy smoothies

I tried 5 meds before trying Xonvea my 6th and that worked. Keep trying different things

I've heard that blackberry scented candles can help.
Hope you're feeling better soon!

Go back to the GP for a different anti sickness drug. There are several.

Salty snacks! Ice cold drinks. Sips of sparkling water.
Not much helped me, but I found a few things that didn't make it worse at least.
Take care of yourself. It truly was the worst I've ever felt in my life!

Coca Cola, Fizzy Blue Raspberry Sweets, Fruit Pastilles, TUC Crackers, Salted Fries from McDonalds, Plain Chicken, Jacket Potatoes, Rich Tea Biscuits, Travel Sickness Bands. That’s basically how I got through the morning sickness, and nausea stage. Little and often when it comes to food. All my drinks had to be icy cold though, couldn’t bear room temperature drinks.

All beige food made me sick and I developed an aversion to the taste of water. Fresh tasting food helped. With daughter I lived off tinned peaches and honey and hot water with my second pregnancy it was cherry tomatoes and celery with smoothie. The thicker consistency helped
I had cyclizine in my first pregnancy which allowed me to function and only be sick 0-3 times a day. It wasn't that helpful. I also tried prochlorpreazine which helped a little

I am on xonvea and it has definitely helped! The feeling sick is still lingering but it is so much better than it was. I was struggling to function it was taking over my life!
