Left side pain

I'm here, I guess wanting some positive outcomes. I'm 5+1 today and past 48 hours I've had lower pain/dull ache in my left ovary area. I went to EPU last night who took bloods and did examination, they said can't rule out ectopic without a scan but need to wait for bloods to come back to check above 1500. ANYWAY... the bloods are back at 5476 so they've booked me in for a scan but it's not til Thursday. My head is in overtime and thinking the worst as my partner is in work til tomorrow night.

Anyone had the same and it's not ended up being ectopic. Nurse did mention could also be luteum corpus cyst 😬

Yes, I had one sided pain in my non-ectopic pregnancies and none at all in my ectopic pregnancies.
Try not to worry. This can be perfectly normal.

I used to have bad health anxiety and I think this is triggering me again. Hopefully I'll have a positive outcome. Sometimes I think overthinking makes the pain feel worse than it is

Hey! I’m 5+4 and I just started getting a very milk pain in left ovary area last night.

it isn’t intense or bad at all. It’s more like a very mild ache.

my head has gone same place as you. I’ve had no bleeding and I don’t know if the pain is enough to get checked or I’m just overthinking.

I wouldn’t even call it pain. It’s just like a little ache.

how did yours feel?

I also am pretty sure I ovulated on my right side this month so not sure why my left ovary would ache - but I could be wrong.

im gonna see how I get on today because it was fine over night and on my walk this morning. I’ve just sat down again and felt it for a minute or so.

Mine has ranged from sharp stitch like cramp to dull ache permanently.. I still have it and I've also started spotting so I'm not holding out much hope but I have a scan today so hopefully I'll know more. I always have bad ovulation pains anyway so I'm hoping it's nothing untoward but the spotting has thrown me off now.

Yours sounds like stretching pains, but if in doubt always get checked out..

@CSSL7 just an update, scan was all good, it's in the right place, even saw heartbeat and measuring at 6 wks. Nurse said the pain and light bleeding can just be one of those things in early pregnancy and had no explanation for it. Strangely I ovulated from the right side but the pain was on the left!
