5 days cramping, 17mm endometrial thickness, 3 weeks post ERPC

Hello,I'm worried. 6 weeks ago had TFMR (downs) and 3 weeks later had surgical ERPC for retained products. Fast forward to now, had had bad pain for 5 days, on off positive pg test (very faint). Scanned at EPU 2 days ago and endometrial thickness 17mm. No signs of other remaining tissue. Was told its likely a nasty period away to come on but no bleeding. Stringy discharge and feeling tired and sore.If I have a faint positive with thickened endometrial lining could this mean I am in early pregnancy? Nobody has suggested it. But I read that 17mm lining is a bit thick for implantation to occur.

No advice sorry but wanted to send a hug. I'm sorry you've gone through this. I did too and was back in twice for retained products. How far along were you? If the pain persists go back, I ended up having a hysteroscopy and myosure to ensure everything was gone as I was still bleeding and I pain after 2 weeks after the 1st procedure.

Thanks foe your reply,

I was 14 weeks along when I had the TFMR. After the ERPC I was told that everything was removed and bled for about 2 weeks. Its been stopped for over a week, and I'm worried that these 5 days of pain (worse than previous periods and has been more in my back) might be a new pregnancy - I'm just not mentally ready. (Had an ectopic a year ago too.. lost my R tube).

I've just been told to wait it out and take a pregnancy test again next week if no period comes on.
