Dizziness that wake you up

I am nearly 11 weeks pregnant and the last few days I have headaches and dizziness. The dizziness is actually waking me up at night from been so Dizzy. What does this mean ?

Hi! I don't have a medical answer for you but I was getting the same from wk 9 to 11. Felt like I was seasick lying down but I was just as dizzy when I stood up trying to make it stop
Do you have low blood pressure?
Have you been taking pregnancy or multivitamin?
I know I haven't been keeping up my calories due to constant nausea so that probably doesn't help me. Have you been eating enough?
I keep a pack of ginger nut biscuits next to my bed for when I feel like this in case it's a bit of sugar that helps
