Enterococcus faecalis is bacteria from your gut. It doesn't say what the specimen was.. ie urine/swab etc but you probably know that yourself. So some bacteria is present in whatever specimen you had taken. You probably need antibiotics. Hope this helps

As I read it you won't need antibiotics as you're within the normal range (<3.8)?

That's what I'm kinda wondering myself if small.ammounts are present in vagina what with the rectum and vagina being very close in area etc ...
