Hi there,

I went through something very similar recently.

I was like you, worried that the prior involvement would come back to the fore and cause me further issues. However I was assured by my midwife at the time that she didn't see a need for a referral as I seemed to be doing just fine. I imagine it will happen in virtually the same way for you.

Basically, so long as you appear fine to them. They tend not to re-refer. Especially if a significant amount of time has passed.
