Recovery time after salpingectomy/ectopic

I had a left salpingectomy 3 days ago following a ruptured ectopic. The surgery went really well. They were happy to send me home the same afternoon but I still felt so drugged and couldn't walk unaided so I spent the night in hospital.
Because they were so happy for me to go home the same day I'm worried that I should be feeling much better already but I still feel really groggy, dizzy when I stand. My stitches are quite painful when I stand because I think they are tugging when I'm stretched out properly. My partner is helping me walk to and from the bathroom like an old grandma. I feel really shakey, like full body shakes but I did have this throughout the whole pregnancy. Do I just need to man up and get out of bed? None of the Dr's seemed concerned when they discharged me and all my obs and bloods were within normal ranges.
