Nub theory guesses?

I already have a boy and I'm trying to compare his scan photos to new babies but have no clue! I'm thinking girl purely because I have a feeling and so does everyone else! Any guesses? Thank you

I'm 13 weeks, had the scan yesterday if that makes a difference!

I would say girl, the nub looks like it's flat and parallel to the spine
