Pelvic pressure

Hello! I'm just under 18 weeks and I'd say over the past maybe 2 weeks I've started to feel gradually more pressure down below, especially when I stand up. It's like gravity takes over and I feel the pressure in my lady parts/bum. I'm guessing this is just baby getting bigger? It can sometimes be quite a sharp shooting pain when I first stand up but then it's more just uncomfortable. I've been doing some pelvic floor exercises as my midwife suggests but just wanted to reach out for some experience from mamas on here!

@WiseDog thank you!!! I've read into those before but completely didn't even think of them! I'm only just under 18 weeks but I think if I'm feeling the pressure now it's more than likely only gonna get worse so I'm gonna invest in one of those belts. Thank you! X
