Can I drink Mocha?

My midwife has not got back to me yet I think she's off sick herself.
Is it okay to drink Mochas? I've been feeling so sick it's just horrible but it helps. Lost a significant amount of weight and still losing. Caffeine is the only thing that helps apparently but I don't like coffee on its own and I quit carbonated drinks a while back. I can't find any Decaf Mochas in local stores and one I tried is disgusting. I have alot of Aldi brand Mochas/Caramel Lattes to use. I have a small cup I'd say around 300ml if that so it's not a big cup and its mostly milk in there since i like it milky. I use maybe a 1/4 of a sachet at a time and have it every 3 or 4 days. 11 weeks today thankyou 🥰

You can have coffee whilst pregnant, around 1 a day.

You dont have to give up coffee/caffeine; just moderate your intake. Is there even much coffee in those sachets?

I’m 28 weeks and have 1 sachet a day of the mocha. You don’t have to cut it out completely just less

Just make a hot chocolate with cocoa powder and sugar and add a shot of coffee to monitor your caffeine intake. Those sachets are full of crap and taste rank.

@dementedpixie I don't think it's as much as I think it just never says it on the box. Thankyou

@Dogpawssmellgreat haha you need to try one of mine. I think it depends on how one makes it. If it's just water it will be awful i agree. I use sugar, caramel syrup and the sachet itself. Tastes better than cafe mochas! But I'll try that technique also thankyou.
