13 weeks and 4 days - Do I have a lot of expectations?!

I expected to feel better but instead I have lost my appetite. The good news is I fart and burp less because I eat lots of fruits and drink a lot of liquid instead of eating a decent amount of food. The bad news is I have a tasteless mouth and no food can make me feel like I am alive.
I also have a retroverted uterus which is supposed to hide the bump until 20+ weeks... I am at the stage when I find my tummy bigger during the evenings. I don't eat that much! Is it because of the bloating???? Every night my tummy looks like I've eaten too much. I have to sleep on the side with a pillow between my legs otherwise I don't feel comfy at all. Also I started to have insomnia from the beginning of this week!!! How strange! I take one 25mg tablet of Promethazine hydrochloride which is supposed to combat the sickness and also work as a sleeping pill as well!! This would be my full term viable pregnancy if I don't miscarry so as you can see I am very inexperienced.
I know I am lamenting but I am still grateful about having this baby inside me.
Any experiences or suggestions would be greatly appreciateD

This sounds similar to my current pregnancy (first was totally different).

I'm currently 17 weeks..... the sickness/nausea has been so much worse this time and I've had no appetite (I've actually lost half a stone since my booking in appointment), also finding that everything tastes 'off'.
I really struggled with insomnia up until about 4 days ago so now absolutely loving getting a full night's sleep and praying it lasts!
Bloating I had bad from very early on, it's just recently turned into a proper bump that is there morning to night.

Hopefully your symptoms will settle down too in the next few weeks.
