So I’ve been spotting since 9pm ish day before yesterday. It’s 7:44 am and I got this with little red bits in it for a moment now it’s gone

Is this implantation ?

I posted earlier asking if that was implantation. Something either went wrong or I was never pregnant. I’m sure this is the start of my period really light
