32-34 weeks pregnant.. clingy toddler

My toddler has become increasingly clingy between 32-34 weeks of pregnancy… ESPECIALLY at bedtime. Constant contact needed and his fave word at the moment is “mommy”
I love it but also I’m exhausted and he won’t sleep without the contact so all night he’s holding my arm lol.

normal?

I read somewhere that's it's normal as you start to release more cortisol (I think it was!!) that they pick up on!
