When and how did you tell close friends and family you’re pregnant?

I’m only 5 weeks and feel almost guilty about keeping it a secret!

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

We're telling my family at 11 weeks because we're going on holiday and sharing accommodation, I'd really struggle to hide it because I'm very sick! I don't think you should feel bad about keeping it to yourself, most people wouldn't expect to be told before 12 weeks x

Parents and best friend as soon as I got the BFP

Other close family and friends and DD1 after NIPT results came back low risk aroind 12 weeks

Everyone else, as and when we saw/spoke to them after that

Told my mum and brother when I saw them both just before the 12 week scan. I rarely see them together as my brother lives a distance away. They asked why I wasn’t drinking so it seemed the right time.

Gave my dad a call shortly after the scan. Sent my mates the photo of the scan in the group WhatsApp.
